Keeping the Streak Alive: Steamboat Springs Solidifies Adaptive Snowboarding Legacy

In incredibly welcome news for adaptive sports enthusiasts, U.S. Ski & Snowboard confirmed that Steamboat Springs, Colorado will officially host the Toyota Para Snowboard Cup as part of the 2026-27 FIS circuit.  

This marks the third consecutive year that Steamboat will welcome the world’s elite para-snowboarders, firmly ending a long drought of U.S.-based events for the discipline. Steamboat’s world-class adaptive race infrastructure has quickly made it a favorite stop among international riders, promising a thrilling showcase of speed and precision on the banked slalom and snowboard cross courses.
